Graham Bennett’s sculptures deal with relationships between people, place and identity, with particular reference to the Pacific region. Each piece contains references to maps, navigation and land measurement. He questions the fragile world we inhabit and the nature of physical and social interactions. The delicately balanced forms of these sculptures “challenge what balance means in our life, actions and relationships with the earth and others” says Bennett.
